NGCG

Congrats to all who banked hard on our friday alert of GTRL anyone who get in early profited handsomely from the 190% pop. I am still holding a few as CEO replied to my e-mail said they are working on getting current and will have a PR shortly but I think we've got something hear that can be a massive multi-day runner..

A undiscovered never "played" hidden gem that has all the key qualities I love in a sub-penny stock, and much more. This is above and beyond one of the best opportunities I've seen in all of OTC but please don't take my word for it, I am not here to just "pump"  see the real DD below and decide for yourself.

As always I have not been compensated by anyone in anyway for anything I write about any stock.

NGCG

New Generation Consumer Group, Inc.

Here's a quick summary of the DD below if this interests you read on :)

The Float-
Unlike most sub-penny stocks NGCG is currently showing current official information on their float through otcmarkets.com get ready to have your mind blown.

Most veteran penny stock players will tell you a low float for a stock trading in the .003-.004 range is anything under 350 mil. The float on NGCG is almost 9 times less then that!
Of course they can always dilute the sweaty balls out of anything, however I have been watching this stock closely trade for the last three days in which this stock has been getting loaded over 35 million shares traded (nearly the entire float) and it was mostly dumping getting picked up big hands clearly looks to lock down the float on this mother for a monster run. But the icing on this pie is after watching level 2 all day for the first time in three days there were no diluting MMs they simply ran out of shares. So not only is this a insanely tiny float it is LOCKED DOWN.
But wait there's more.....

The company on Friday filed a huge decrease in their Authorized Shares by over 50% cutting the 2 billion a/s to 750 million. This is huge news, and tells me that they have received the required funding for big distribution deals with non-dillutive funding (this is usually only possible if distribution deals are already signed more on that soon)

As you can see this brand new company has no developed much of a chart pattern but you can clearly see it has finally  bottomed out on huge volume the past few days

As noted in the top of the post NGCG controls three wholly owned subsidiaries each with very informative websites, each with their own products some already launched with many more product launches coming this year in  fast growing markets
Please visit all the websites and familiarize yourself with all the products.
My main focus for today is the Mucho Macho brand and specifically their Michelda Mix which is the first powder mix of the famous Michelda drink.
I found this unbiased unpaid review of the product please check it out

Mucho Macho Michelada Mix[/frame]

What is a Michelada?

A Michelada is a traditional Mexican drink, similar to the Bloody Mary we drink here in America. A traditional Michelada contains a slew of ingredients and is not your simple cocktail:
TRADITIONAL MICHELADA RECIPE
TRADITIONAL MICHELADA
  • Salt, for rimming the glasses
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 cups light Mexican beer, such as Corona
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon Maggi or soy sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper, for garnish
However, the Michelada mix from Mucho Macho contains all of the ingredients needed to make the drink in powder form in a small pouch – genius. All you have to do is mix the contents of the small pouch with a cold Mexican beer (such as Corona), stir a few times and it’s ready to drink! The ingredients are: chilli pepper blend, salt, sugar, citric acid, corn syrup solids, spices, oil of lime, garlic powder, soybean oil, and no more than 2% silicon dioxide as an anticaking agent.

So how does it taste?

In two words – It’s Good! But since I had never had a real Michelada before, I had nothing to base the taste on so I called a Mexican friend of mine over to be my taste-test expert. While I found the drink slightly too spicy for my taste in cocktails, my friend loved it! He said he puts chili and lime on almost all Mexican food he eats so the taste was a familiar combination and delicious when mixed with the ice cold beer. He quickly finished his drink and thanks to the easy-to-mix mix packed from Mucho Macho, making a 2nd round of drinks took only seconds!
Bonus: Mucho Macho Michelada mix is much more than just a drink mix.  You can use it to spice up your sour cream dip, guacamole, fish, shrimp, salad, soup, enchiladas, chicken wings, tacos, hamburgers – just about anything that needs a little “MUCHO”!
Note: With the rising popularity of Michelada cocktails in the US, the major beer companies are jumping on board as well. Miller Brewing Company produces Miller Chill which is a “Chelada-style light lager with a hint of salt and lime”.  Going a different route, Anheuser-Busch is manufacturing Budweiser Chelada and Bud Light Chelada as a combination of lager, clamato, lime juice, and salt. Tecate also now makes a Michelada flavored with lime and spices.

A pretty awesome review, don't just take a strangers word for it order some yourself on amazon

The company issued a pr in january they were in 200 K-Mart stores and if it sells well will expand to all K-Marts and it looks like the K-Mart deal is going big

the new expansion to all K-Marts has yet to be announced in a official PR, but I hear this announcement could be coming very soon. Okay huge a/s reduction not yet pr'ed huge Kmart deal not yet pr'ed what else do we have in the pipeline...here's a very interesting quote from last months PR "Negotiations are ongoing with a major distributor in the Pacific Northwest to expand the Mucho Macho Michelada brand in that region of the country" from what I can gather we should be hearing updates on this deal very soon. As well as Pr's that are on the way for the imminent roll out of the mucho macho salsa sausages and various snacks which as you can see on the website are ready to go.

Current placement in K-Mart next to Corona

And I haven't even had enough time to get into the DD on viperspiritsusa.com upcoming product launch.

Balance Sheet
Balance sheet shows a measly 9,000 liability and just one long term debt of 200,000$ which is unheard of for a sub-penny stock. Then again a sub penny stock with a product in every k-mart and a 40 million share float is also unheard of.

If they can even come somewhere in the ballpark of the projected growth we are sitting on a literal goldmine.
Amazing new CEO and Board Of Directors
The Board of NGCG are not some fly by night scammers all of them have very impressive resumes, the icing on the cake was the largely unnoticed announcement of former coca-cola executive Charles E. Morrison as the new CEO http://finance.yahoo.com/news/former-coca-cola-executive-charles-034627385.html please read the entire PR for a look at Charles very impressive resume and connections.
Another Huge name with this company is

Maria Felix, Chief Operations Officer:

Maria is the co-founder of Don Chelada a full service beer-mix and Snack Company
Don Chelada is currently being carried by HEB in Texas and in over 100 Wal Mart locations. Maria and her team are customer focused and their primary goal is to make businesses grow.

Their client list includes many of the biggest names in retail service. A partial list of clients include HEB, Walmart and 7-11 just to name a few.

As the founder of Don Chelada Inc. Maria partners with her clients on everything from strategy and product placement. Maria Felix will be the driving force behind developing key relationships with customers, their brands, and strategic marketing to bring out the full potential of the Mucho Macho brand.

As you can clearly see NGCG has top of the line leadership that has grown other similar companies and is looking to do the same here.

To Recap we have a hidden gem stock never "ran" before with a insanely sickly low 40 million float mostly locked.
We have many catalysts coming near term
  • PR on Huge Decrease in authorized shares
  • PR on expansion in all K-Mart stores
  • PR on new deal with a "large distributor"
  • PR on release of full line of products in Mucho Macho brand

I haven't even mentioned about their other company they own Monster Marketing Group. I have not had a chance yet to do much DD on the but their clients include Ford, Denny's, Little Ceaser, and McDonalds

Disclaimer: I try my best to give you guys great opportunities but always understand the risks of trading especially penny stock make you own choices and never forget you never lose by taking profits
