- Stock Price Stock has been hovering by it's all time low. This is the sweet spot stocks that are thrown into garbage and oversold. Hidden buried treasure. Plus anyone holding this stock is a big bagholders meaning if this gets moving we won't see any quick flippers.
- Proven Runner- As you can see on the chart this stock popped on feb. 21st the last time the company gave out a pr http://finance.yahoo.com/news/energy-edge-technologies-otcqb-eedg-110000661.html the stock popped from .004 to .012 a nice 300% gain. The weekly chart also shows previous monster runs
- Press Release Expected Monday- The Companies official Twitter account yesterday insinuated very strongly that A PR is coming monday Read The Tweet Luckily for us the twitter account has only 70 followers so the tweet went unnoticed.
- If you read the companies FULLY AUDITED 10K carefully as well as their last two Press Releases it would indicate that the upcoming PR should have a lot of good news (I am not gonna do all the work for you, look it up.) From the IHub chatter, previous company tweets and based on other DD I have compiled It seems the PR ,may relate to the possible acquisition of PowerPizzaria.
- Trading Plan: Based on the above my trading plan is to accumulate a position on Friday in anticipation of news Monday. If the news is a dud or a fluff and there is low trading volume early Monday I will sell, if the news is strong and volume pours in early i will add more. I do not feel this a good long term investment because they are in the process of filling a 1-50 Reverse Split. Although 1-50 is not horrible I never hold stocks with a pending RS. On solid news Monday I would watch if it breaks the .004 level , if it does we could see blue sky breakout to a penny. I am not saying a penny is probable but given the super low float I do think it is a solid possibility.
